Private Company and Income Tax Number Registration

• Biz Evolution will apply to reserve the proposed company name, approval takes maximum two working days
• Biz Evolution will then complete the registration application with CIPC and email the documents to the Director/s to sign
• Company registration process will take between 2 - 3 working days thereafter
• Company registration documents will be sent to the Director/s via email
• This offer is limited to standard private company registration (no amendments to the standard Memorandum of Incorporation)
• Initial proposed name application included, a R90 service fee will be charged for additional company name applications if required.
• Limited to natural person directors i.e. No Juristic Directors

Private Company Tender Package includes:

Private Company Registration, Income Tax Number; Share Certificate/s; BEE Affidavit, Tax Compliance Status pin (previously known as a ‘Tax Clearance Certificate’) and Central Supplier Database registration

• With this package your company is ready to apply for Tenders and Contracts.
• Biz Evolution will apply to reserve the proposed company name, approval takes maximum two working days
• Biz Evolution will then complete the registration application with CIPC and email the documents to the Director/s to sign
• The company registration process will take between 2 - 3 working days thereafter
• All company registration documents will be sent to the Director/s via email
